Thanks to my friend JLFH for sharing these curious and charmingly cheap Mexican party invitations.

She found tons of them at a garage sale and had to pass a few along.

I guess I say 'curious' because of what strikes me as a somewhat random element about the graphics...

... and am I reading this right - -? "If you arrive a little early we'll eat candies, cakes and caramels.
If you arrive a little late you'll dance alone."

Please pardon my ignorance, but is that a traditional party sentiment, or just another 'random element'?
